• Company name or service name (for Advertisers)
• Site name and URL (for Publishers)
• Qualified Invoice Issuer registration number (optional)

1-2. Automatically Collected Information

• IP address
• Browser type and version (User-Agent)
• Date and time of access
• URL of pages viewed
• Referrer (referring URL)

1-3. Cookie and Tracking Information

• Session management cookies
• Theme preference (dark mode / light mode) local storage
• Affiliate tracking cookies (retained for up to 30 days for conversion measurement)

1-4. Payment Information

We do not store credit card information. Credit card data is securely managed by Stripe, Inc. The Company only retains Stripe customer IDs and transaction history.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected personal information is used for the following purposes.

3. Measuring and managing affiliate conversions
4. Calculating, billing, and transferring commissions

4. Cookies

4-1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

We use cookies that are essential for the proper functioning of the Service, including for session management. Disabling these cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.

4-2. Tracking Cookies

Tracking cookies are set when an advertising link is clicked to measure affiliate conversions. The validity period of these cookies is the number of cookie days set by the Advertiser (default 30 days).

4-3. Cookie Management

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent some features of the Service from being available.

5. Access Logs

For the purposes of stable operation of the Service and fraud prevention, we record the following access logs.

• Date and time of access
• IP address
• Request URL
• User-Agent
• Referrer

Access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes and then deleted.

6. Security Measures

To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we implement the following security measures.

• Encryption of communications via HTTPS (TLS)

• CSRF protection, SQL injection countermeasures, and XSS countermeasures
• Regular security updates
• Blocking of disposable email addresses
